I came into this life carrying a knowing — a natural sensitivity to the unseen, an ongoing thread of experiences I couldn't always explain but innately knew was for a purpose. That knowing and those experiences became the foundation for everything that followed: the trauma I moved through, the condition that broke me open, and the long remembering that put me back together as who I truly am.

At the age of 20, after nearly a decade of intense depression and suicidal ideation, a persistent inner knowing led me to intentionally pursue self-actualization and begin healing from a dysfunctional home environment, emotional abandonment, and sexual abuse. I came to a profound realization: my happiness was my own responsibility, and there was a version of me who could create it. That realization marked the beginning of a journey back to myself—a reconnection with parts of me that, at the time, I couldn’t have imagined, even in my wildest dreams. Over the next 16 years, I did things I once would have thought were impossible.

But I missed a key pillar in my healing foundation and was still operating from a deeply ingrained belief that told me I wasn't enough. In 2019, it took a body-altering health crisis — rooted in complex trauma I had suppressed rather than released — to further teach me that real healing is a multi-layered process. One that involves each part of the human system – mental, emotional, physical, and etheric. That breaking point became my becoming point. It's where I stepped fully into my sovereignty, and where my work as a quantum healer and coach was truly born.

 

I continued to devote myself to the study and practice of holistic wellness, interconnective energy work, consciousness exploration, and quantum healing techniques — learning and practicing deeply so I can now hold space for others doing this same work: rebuilding self-belief, learning discernment, and stepping into their gifts, their experiences, and their own inner guidance without doubt or apology.

Looking back, I can see how all the pieces came together so delicately, shaping the whole of who I am today. I don't believe in coincidences anymore.

What I do now...

 

Through personal growth and divine inspiration, my quantum healing business formerly known as Alternative Being Quantum Healing has evolved into The Heart Portal | Crystalline Heart Collective. I continue to offer sessions and coaching that assist and support those on their own remembering and healing journey.

 

Outside of work, you'll usually find me barefoot in nature or at the beach, pumping iron at the gym, creating tasty homemade plant-based meals, meditating, and either day-dreaming about or making plans of travel to culture-rich or warm destinations :)
