Your session actually begins on first contact...

If you feel called to have a session with me, know this: your higher self — that essence which is the very core of who you are — has already guided you to this connection.

With most clients, I find their higher self, guides, or spirit team are reaching toward me days before our scheduled session even arrives. I feel the essence, the information bubbling up, ready to burst forth and be shared.

Often I have to hold my boundaries and explain that the session itself is the right time and space for that communication to come through — to ask it to wait until then. (Spirits in particular, once they sense you can perceive them, tend to "line up" to be heard.)

Why the Session Begins on First Contact

Over time, I've come to understand why this happens: our meeting was never a coincidence. We were always meant to connect in this exact moment, in this exact space, in the state-of-Being we each find ourselves right now. The timing is divine, as they say.

This soul exchange was agreed upon long before, by our higher selves in the higher realms, in service of both our journeys of awakening and remembering. What we share together will ripple outward throughout our experience in ways that are hard to fully grasp from our POV in this dimension. We both had to be primed and energetically ready to receive the information and frequencies a session holds.

So You're Booked — What Now?

You might be surprised to learn your session actually begins the moment first contact is initiated, as your higher self starts orienting you toward the experience ahead. It's often subtle — hints of what's to come may surface through signs, synchronicities, déjà vu, dreams, strange occurrences, or even direct paranormal or contact experiences.

I recommend keeping a journal nearby, or jotting notes, or taking voice memos on your phone, to capture anything you notice in the days before we meet. Bring this with you to our session — together, we can explore what it means. The universe, God, our higher self, our guides — they are always speaking to us. The work is simply learning to notice and receive.

You may even find clarity arriving early — answers to questions you hadn't fully asked yet, or solutions to what you'd planned to bring into our session. As your higher self prepares you to receive, moments of that deeper wisdom can surface on their own. You might find what you want to explore shifting or sharpening as a result.

There are no rules here, though. You may notice nothing different at all in this window before our session — and that's perfectly alright too. Trust that everything is unfolding exactly as it's meant to.

That trust, in itself, is part of the process.
